Candidates intending to join the courses need to apply in the prescribed format provided with this prospectus. Students are advised to produce originals of all certificates and mark sheets for verification. The candidates and their parents are required to be present in person during the admission. At the time of admission he / she is required to produce the following documents.

1. College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.
2. Xerox copies of all Certificates and Marksheets.
3. Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates in original.
4. Migration Certificate if applicable.
5. 3-Passport size Photographs and 2 Stamp size Photographs
6. Original Certificates and Marksheets of all examinations are essential for verification.
